helpful staff rooftop terrace

The staff was helpful, promptly addressing all our needs! the breakfast on the rooftop terrace was fantastic, with fresh juice and local pastries every morning. i appreciated the convenient location near the main square. It made exploring very easy. also, the airport transfer service was efficient, saving time upon arrival.

fresh juice modern design helpful staff

The breakfast was plentiful and delicious , with fresh fruit juice daily. My room had a nice mix of traditional and modern design with a great shower. The staff REALLY helped confirm plans for our time there.

The location requires a short walk through narrow streets.

fresh fruit moroccan bread air conditioning

Breakfast on the rooftop was REALLY nice. I saw fresh fruit, pastries, and traditional Moroccan bread available. The staff was thoughtful, always making sure i had everything i needed. My room included air conditioning, which i valued a lot.

The street noise SOMETIMES was audible in my room.

dark alleys ineffective air conditioning

the location present problems. walking to the riad at night requires navigating dark alleys and the lack of clear signage made it difficult to find. i also found that the air conditioning system was not effective. the unit struggled to maintain a consistent temperature and was quite noisy, disrupting sleep.

private jacuzzi amazing service convenient spa dark alley constant heckling unclear signage

jamila was amazing. the heated private jacuzzi was great for the kids. a spa inside the riad was also very convenient.

the location required a walk through a dark alley. some local lads were heckling and asking for money. i did not see clear signage visible at night to locate this hotel.
